How we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website or get in touch.

Plain English: We collect what you send us (contact form and live chat) so we can reply and run the business. We don’t sell your data.
01

Who we are

epsilondigitaltech (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website development, Python engineering, automation, and related digital services. You can reach us at info@epsilondigitaltech.com.

02

Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Contact details you submit via forms, email, or live chat — name, email, company, project details, and budget preferences when you provide them.
  • Chat content — messages you exchange with our team in the on-site live chat widget, plus optional page URL context.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, browser type, referring URL, device type, and approximate location derived from IP — collected through Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MCEW2YY75S) so we can understand which pages and campaigns are useful.
  • Technical logs generated by our hosting environment for security, rate limiting, and reliability.
03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals
  • Provide live chat support and related follow-up
  • Provide, operate, and improve our website and services
  • Measure website usage with Google Analytics 4 (page views and conversion-related events such as successful quote requests)
  • Send service-related messages you request
  • Protect against abuse, spam, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

04

Contact form messages

Messages submitted through our contact form are stored in our CRM so our team can follow up. Treat them as business correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive secrets through the form.

05

Live chat

Our site includes an optional live chat widget. If you use it, we store your name (and email if you provide one), your messages, and related conversation metadata so our team can reply. If you share an email, we may also create a sales lead in our CRM linked to that chat.

Your browser may keep a conversation token in local storage so you can resume the same chat after refresh. Clearing site data ends that local resume link; chat history already stored on our servers may still be retained under our retention practices below.

06

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site uses essential cookies or session storage needed for basic operation (for example, form security tokens). The live chat widget uses browser local storage as described above — not marketing cookies.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage and improve the website. GA4 may set first-party cookies or use similar storage to distinguish sessions and remember preferences related to analytics. We use this data to understand traffic sources, page performance, and whether inquiries come from organic search or other channels — not to sell personal information.

You can limit analytics in your browser (for example by blocking third-party scripts or using privacy extensions). Where a formal consent banner is required by law for your region, we will add one; until then, treat this section as the live disclosure for analytics currently in use. For Google’s own controls and data practices, see Google’s privacy documentation for Analytics.

07

Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us host the site, process email, or run analytics — under confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisors when needed
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
08

Retention

We keep inquiry and chat records for as long as needed to respond, manage the client relationship, or meet legal, accounting, or security requirements, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.

09

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please contact us if you believe there has been unauthorized access related to our site.

10

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@epsilondigitaltech.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11

International transfers

We may process information in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12

Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

13

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
