By accessing epsilondigitaltech.com (or this local demonstration site) and using our materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Statements of work, proposals, or master service agreements we execute with clients control over these terms for paid engagements.
Services
We provide digital product and engineering services including websites, Python applications, APIs, automation, and related consulting. Descriptions on this site are informational. Deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined only in a written proposal or contract accepted by both parties.
Quotes and discovery
Initial discovery conversations and high-level quotes are complimentary unless we agree otherwise in writing. Quotes expire on the date stated (or after 30 days if unstated) and may change if requirements shift.
Client responsibilities
For project work, you agree to provide timely feedback, access, content, and decisions reasonably needed for delivery. Delays on your side may extend timelines. You represent that materials you provide (copy, branding, data, credentials) do not infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Unless a contract says otherwise: you retain rights to materials you supply; we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how; upon full payment, you receive ownership or a license to project deliverables as specified in the agreement. Portfolio use of non-confidential work is permitted unless you opt out in writing.
Website content
Site content is provided “as is” for general information. Portfolio examples may be illustrative, anonymized, or composite. We may update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades service, submit malware or unlawful content, or use our forms to spam.

Our aggregate liability related to website use is limited to USD $100. Separate liability caps apply under client contracts.

Governing law
Unless a separate client agreement specifies otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws applicable to the parties’ contractual relationship set out in that agreement. For website-use disputes with no other agreement, the parties will seek to resolve matters amicably first; venue and governing law will be those that apply under mandatory consumer or other protective laws where you live.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
